Brayden is a University of St. Thomas graduate in Real Estate and Finance. He currently works as an investment analyst focused on acquisitions and development. He brings institutional underwriting experience and transaction expertise to the firm. With a background spanning brokerage, appraisal, property management, and leadership roles within the St. Thomas real estate community, Brayden strengthens Grand Oak’s investment strategy, deal structuring, and long-term growth vision.

Liam Honl-Toledo
Liam is a student at the University of St. Thomas, studying Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Finance. He has personally acquired and manages multiple student rental properties near St. Thomas, leveraging firsthand ownership experience, deep campus relationships, and disciplined underwriting to source and operate high-performing investments.
With a background in capital markets, development, and hands-on property management, Liam brings both analytical rigor and on-the-ground execution to Grand Oak’s student housing platform.
